- Sophie had hit an income plateau when she booked her pricing power hour. Her business was well-established and she consistently got work. However, her income wasn’t growing. Sophie’s range of services had grown as the business had grown and lots of clients were paying old rates. Together Charelle helped Sophie to really analyse the value of each service in terms of the hours of work it took and the revenue she generated. By the end of the session, Sophie left with a smaller range of services that she was excited to promote and knew were priced to ensure her overall financial goals were achievable.
- Heather was a successful consultant that had been generating a steady stream of clients for her main services but since she worked in a very niche industry she wanted to increase the lifetime customer value of her clients. She wanted to be able to give clients an option to work with her further once their initial package was finished. Together we looked at creating a suite of services that would only be for existing clients. We ensured that the pricing was appropriate based on her existing packages, but also would encourage people to sign up for her retainer service which would give Heather the source of regular income that she wanted.
- Alison was a director of a boutique marketing agency. As the agency had grown so had the range of services and clients. Alison wanted to ensure her services were profitable, but also ensure they were still accessible to her ideal client. Together we looked at the profitability of each service, cut some services and revised some of the pricing. Alison left her power hour confident in her pricing and knowing she could take on more clients and the profit margins meant she could confidently outsource the work.
- Charlene was a fairly new coach that had been charging by the hour and wanted to change to packages. In the session, Charlene presented her package ideas and Charelle helped Charlene to identify which package should be her signature package and then ensure that pricing was naturally making the signature package the most appealing package for people to buy.

I had a Pricing Power Hour with Charelle yesterday, and wowzers what a session! We covered so much in an hour. From my mindset over pricing (offering discounts before I was even asked!) to the way I was packaging my (too many) services.
