Hey, I’m Charelle.
I’m a marketing strategist, award-winning blogger and podcaster who loves to talk! Growing up people would tease me for talking too much and call me a chatterbox. Now I own that title and see talking as one of my superpowers. I love being able to share knowledge and advice through the medium of speech and hopefully, if you are on this page you feel the same way too.
As a multi-passionate person, there are a number of topics that I love to discuss: marketing, business, side hustling, being a solopreneur, personal development, non-fiction books, goal-setting, thriving as a single woman and personal finances. Below I have outlined a few of the key topics I would be happy to discuss. However, if what you had in mind is outside of the link please contact me to discuss further.
Marketing your business as a solopreneur or small business owner – I specialise in supporting solopreneurs with their marketing strategy. As a result, I have lots of advice and tips to share in relation to marketing your business when you are the only person in your business. I usually focus on organic strategies across web, social, content and email.
Content marketing – I’m an award-winning blogger that runs multiple blogs, have a YouTube channel and a podcast. As someone who is actively involved in the major three forms of content (written, audio and video) and has helped clients manage their content I have lots of advice about creating content and also ensuring it is growing your business.
Marketing consistently – If there is one thing most people associate with me it is consistency. I don’t believe consistency happens by accident and have a process to help business owners consistently market their business.
Managing multiple projects, brands and businesses – I’m multi-passionate and as a result, manage a number of things. I’m a marketing strategist, award-winning blogger and book club leader. I love talking about how to manage your time and energy to keep all of the plates spinning and also work out when you can add something new into the mix.

Ep. 27 How to be Consistent and Focused in Business w/ Professional Marketer Charelle Griffith
For three years I was the co-host of Free and Figuring It Out. Free and Figuring It Out was a weekly podcast hosted by two Brits, Charelle Griffith and Verity Brown, on a mission to support, empower and reassure fellow millennial women that they can be self-sufficient, successful and seen.
As a podcaster who interviewed other people, I’ve learnt what makes a good or bad guest on a show. Here is what you can expect from me.
ON THE SHOW
There is nothing worse than a guest that comes on just to promote themselves. I absolutely understand that as a guest my role is to provide value to your listeners. You’ve worked hard to build your community and I respect that. Therefore, I will try my hardest to provide as much value as possible in an interview. Also, as a podcaster, I also have audio recording equipment and will do everything I can from my end to help ensure the best recording quality possible.
PROMOTING THE SHOW
I understand the importance of promoting episodes where I have appeared as a guest. After recording, I’ll always ask when the episode is planned to be released so I can incorporate it into my marketing calendar. Depending on the context and timing, I will endeavour to promote across my social media and if appropriate in email communication too.
If you would like to have me as a guest on your podcast please get in touch.
