ONBOARDING STRATEGY SESSION WITH CHARELLE
This is a hybrid mastermind where you’ll be supported both 1:1 and in a group format. In Luminary you are a name, not a number, and so right at the beginning of your time in Luminary you’ll have a 1:1 onboarding strategy session with Charelle. In this session, we’ll do an audit of your business, and then delve into what you want to achieve over the next 12 months and your current plans around how to do that.
From there you’ll have access to:
GROUP MENTORING CALLS (2x PER MONTH):
Twice a month Charelle hosts live hot-seat mentoring calls
Calls are on Tuesday at 1pm (GMT/BST) and last between 90-120 minutes. You can attend as many calls as you’d like. If you can’t make a call but have a question then you can submit in advance.
QUARTERLY GROUP PLANNING SESSIONS
Quarterly planning is perfect for ambitious CEOs that are growing their businesses, so each quarter you’ll be able to join a group quarterly planning session. Charelle will lead you through her quarterly planning process, and since it is a live call you can of course ask questions there and then. These sessions will take place in March, June, September and December so you’ve got the plan ready before the next quarter starts. A replay will available for all that don’t attend so you can still get your quarter plan put together before your quarterly 1:1.
QUARTERLY 1:1 STRATEGY SESSION WITH CHARELLE
Before quarter 2,3 and 4 you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Charelle. Submit your quarterly plan in advance and then in the quarterly strategy session we’ll review and revise to ensure you are going into the quarter with the best plan possible.
MONTHLY METRICS SESSION
A key part of being a great CEO is understanding how your business is performing. Whilst you can talk numbers at any time inside of Luminary, this monthly metric session is to a space for you to solely review your businesses’ performance and make strategic decisions about what needs to change.

- What happens after I’ve filled in the application form? You’ll receive a personal response from me within few working days. I’ll let you know whether your application has been successful or not. If your application has been successful you’ll be able to join straight away, or if you’d like to have a call with me first you’ll be able to book that in.
- When can I start? You can start whenever you’d like. This is a rolling enrolment programme which means you don’t have to wait around. If you are ready to join now simply apply today. It usually takes a few days for your application to be processed. If successful as soon as you’ve paid you’ll gain instant access to the training portal and full information about the upcoming sessions and workshops.
- What is the financial investment? £1,000 per month. You can sign up for 6-months or 12-months. If you pay in full you will save money. If you pay for 6 months upfront you’ll pay £5,500 (saving £500). If you pay for 12 months upfront you’ll pay £10,000 (saving £2,000) and you’ll also get your onboarding Strategy Session upgraded to a complimentary 1:1 Strategy Day (normal price £2,000).
- How much contact will I get with Charelle? You’ll get a lot of access to Charelle. On a one-to-one basis you’ll have an onboarding call, and then a quarterly strategy session. Then you’ll have multiple times each month to join a live group session and get your questions answered directly. You can also ask questions whenever you want on the private Telegram channel. Charelle checks the Telegram channel daily Monday to Thursday.
- I still have some questions. How can I ask them? If you’ve read this whole page and still got questions don’t fret. The best thing to do is fill in the application form. On this form it will ask you whether if your application is successful you’d like to be able to speak to Charelle before signing up. Say that you’d like to have a call with Charelle and you’ll be able to ask all your questions on that call.
